My story

Hello beautiful soul and thank you for visiting my website! I would like to take this moment to introduce myself and talk a bit about my journey so far!

My name is Ismene and I am a healer, a channeler and a trance-channeler.

I was born and raised in Greece where nature and ancient history kept me grounded, allowed my imagination to soar freely, and helped me establish a deep connection with my roots. My parents always encouraged me to ‘connect’ with the ancient Greek warriors that once roamed the land and to allow their strength and courage to flow through and ‘charge-up’ my Being. Energy and Intuitive healing came naturally when it came to my animal companions and even when I would stumble upon injured animals in the wild. Whenever I noticed that one of them was unwell, I would immediately rush to their aid and hold them in my arms or in the palm of my hands until they felt better. I didn’t realize at the time but I was using energetic healing to help them. When I was 14, after the passing of my grandfather, my connection with Energy deepened, and that is when I began connecting and communicating with Spirit.

In 2019, I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Melbourne, where I majored in Human Physiology. For a while I didn’t have a clear idea as to what I was meant to be doing; what I was definitely sure of is that I wanted to help people and animals. So I deepened my knowledge in various natural and alternative therapies, such as naturopathy, the healing properties of herbs and food, and the benefits of crystals on the mind and body. The stars aligned in 2021, where I embarked on my Reiki Healing journey. I received my certification for Level 1 and 2 in 2021, and in 2022 I received the title of Reiki Master. My studies did not finish there of course as I love learning, in 2023 I received my certification for Hormone and Gut Health from IIN.

Energy work has opened my heart and soul to a whole new world. I have since become a channel for spirit to come through and transmit their messages. I am a full-body channel for Yeshua, also known as Jesus. Together we have created Sacred School, a beloved platform filled with Sacred and Esoteric knowledge that honours parts of our life. I also work closely and channel Mother Mary, Athena - the Ancient Greek goddess of Wisdom, and Hippocrates - the father of Medicine.

I love that I get to assist and empower people in their healing journey and I am deeply honoured that I am able to transmit messages to them from their beloved spirit team.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a form of energy healing that aids people in becoming more energetically balanced while promoting physical, emotional, mental and spiritual healing.

  • During the session, Ismene will invite her guides as well as your guides and ancestors, and work on your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual body to provide healing.

    Energy transcends time and space, making distant Reiki Healing one of the best and easiest ways to heal! You may choose to sleep through the session, meditate or even continue doing your daily activities such as work!

  • Energetic cords are bonds that connect us to individuals, animals, places and even objects. These bonds help exchange energetic information to one another.

    ‍Energetic cords can be balanced and healthy or they can become unbalanced. When an energetic cord is not balanced you may feel

    • drained

    • anxious

    • unable to make healthy decisions that will help you move forward

    • like you have to put yourself and needs on hold to fit the needs of another person

    Cord cutting helps release unhealthy emotional or energetic bonds with people, places, or past situations and allows emotional and mental healing to take place. It helps reclaim your personal power and re-establish healthy boundaries.

  • Chakras are energy centres located in the body. We have seven major chakras; starting with one sitting on the top of our head and the rest of the six sitting along the vertical midline of the body. Chakras move in a spinning motion which filter the energy we receive from our environment and disperse it around the body.

    Alignment occurs when your chakras are communicating well with each other and are operating at their highest level and purpose to promote health and vitality.

    You will receive a chakra alignment with every healing session you book. During the alignment, Ismene will use Reiki healing and crystal energy, and she will work with your guides to gently release any built up energy that is no longer needed or used and then refresh the energy in each individual chakra.

  • The wonderful practice of Reiki healing can be shared with any animal. Animals tend to be drawn to Reiki like magnets as they are more in-tune with energetic forces that are around them

    Animals prefer a more open and flexible approach when it comes to reiki healing as they like to move around to get more comfortable, and might not like to be touched for too long, and that is why distant Reiki healing is perfect for them.

    Reiki healing for animals can help with:

  • During the Reiki session, Ismene will invite her team as well as your animal’s guides, and work on your animal’s physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual healing.

    After the session your animal companion might want to cuddle up next to you or drift off for a relaxing sleep, or they might be ready for the next big adventure!

  • After your Reiki Session, Ismene will be in touch with you to organize a time for your consultation that will take place via zoom.

    During the consultation, Ismene will go over and review your healing with you!

    The consultation session is for 20 minutes.

  • This is a live Reiki Healing that happens via Zoom. Once you pick a time for your healing, Ismene will send you your Zoom link for your session.

    The session is 45 minutes - This includes the Reiki Energy Healing which is 30 minutes and 15 minutes of discussion time (Ismene will share what she saw and felt/heard during the healing).

  • Reading sessions take place via Zoom. You will be emailed a zoom link once you have booked a private reading session.

  • Reading sessions are 1 hour in length. I ask you to come prepared with questions so we may use your time wisely. Please note spirit and I are very mindful of your time and we ask of this in return.

  • Before coming to your private reading session, I highly encourage you to take a moment for yourself. You can light up a candle as you energetically prepare yourself and write out questions that you may want to ask during the session. I invite you to bring a cup of water to have during the session as we are working with high energetic beings and it will help keep your body centered during the session.

    During the session I highly encourage you to either take notes or record the session (by using your phone or other voice recorders). After the session take a few minutes to center and ground yourself before resuming your daily activities.

  • Spirit always has answers, and it is important to remember that spirit is energy and therefore responds in terms of energy. Sometimes, Spirit avoids or refrains from answering questions involving third parties as it may have no relevance to your soul’s purpose. Remember, no answer sometimes is the answer. Some questions cannot be answered directly in detail because you have free will and it makes it impossible to nail a direct answer. Specific, fact-based questions do not translate well in the spirit world. Questions are best when they are asked from the heart, not the head. The details of our Earthly plane do not completely transfer to the Spirit world. Spirit speaks and communicates more in the way of emotions and feelings.

    During a reading session I become a translator for Spirit conveying words, emotions and gestures of the spirit speaking. I am not a fortune teller, detective, counselor, doctor or legal advisor. Spirit offers direction, insight and suggestions in a loving and caring way, they will never tell you what to do.
